A Singaporean and his Thai wife who skipped bail in Singapore on charges of internet fraud involving luxury watches and bags worth hundreds of millions of baht are reported to take fled to Thailand.

Deputy police spokesman Pol Col Krisana Pattanacharoen said on Thursday that Pi Jiapeng, a Singaporean, and his Thai wife, Siriwipa Pansuk, were arrested in Singapore final month.
